'This is How' shouldn't inspire prosaic thoughts.

So:

A shattered few years lived just moments ago. Years ago. Heartbeats ago. Picking up these fragments. Placed on a delicate palm. Showing me the sharpest details of what has died.

That was what I read.

Then there's your voice.

Those columns meant nothing to me on the page. But the the way you stopped and opened up these silences was like that palm full of fragments closing tight. Opening. Closing tight. Opening.
